Learn to Learn
Recently I have been through the 1 and 2. Here is some notable things to remember as an effective learner.
The idea is to study more is not necessarily effective. Instead, it may worst the performance. One of the underlying theory is that
things are reinforced when we tend to do more off. Things that are punished or ignored when manage to do less off.

Rules
It is worth to note down few rules
1. Rule
the moment you started to slide, you're shovelling against the tide.: take a break.
Pomodoro technique
there are two modes in your brain
- _focus mode_: tight pattern of Knowledge control your thinking. There is very less opportunity to grasp the new things or being
creative. - _diffuse mode_: the relax mode. Models of knowledge are weakened. Ready for the new concepts.

This technique needs to be trained. However, most difficult is getting to the
focus mode again. But it is important to switch between these modes as shown as above.
2. Rule
Create a study area. This will keep the focus of the brain for the study. Human brains are very positive to external events, thus focus can be lost anytime.
3. Rule
More active learning equates to a higher effectiveness. Reading over and over is not as effective as that is called rote memorization. First, you need to understand the difference between fact and concept. Memorisation is required for facts but you have to understand concepts. Grasping the concept is very important. Facts can get easily confusing. If you know the concept, it is easy to find the related facts.

In the above example, concept 1 described the all the three facts
explained. With the concept, you don't need to memorise the facts because that will become obvious. First deal with the concept. Even short-term memory is long lasting for 30 seconds understanding understanding is helps to memorise facts.

As shown above, the brain can give meaning to known facts; otherwise, it is not meaningful. Therefore the brain doesn't recognise the square. To get the concept of the square to the brain, you have to relate the square concept to some of the already established facts of the brain.
For Example, stories are the way of relating to the real world. People are greatly confused about recognition and recollection. You may think you understand when you read something already gone through. Actually, that is a recognition. If you really understand something it should be possible to explain in your own way.
Other tips
- Good 8 hours of sleep is important ( REM sleep)
- create notes: it is important to expand the jotted down notes as
soon as possible. Give it depth, flesh it out. - teach what you learn to other people (active recitation).
- Textbooks are created for pedagogy.you can use
SQ4R method.
4. Rule

Procrastination
Habit can be addicted. Procrastination can be addicted. Pomodoro is better to avoid the procrastination.

As shown in the above, don't think to finish the task. Instead, target stop the work every 25 minutes as explain in the _Pomodoro technique_.
Sleeping
In asleep all the housekeeping and the cleaning happening. When you stay
wake a longer time, your judgment affects the thinking because thinking patterns are already dominated the brain. when you think, metabolise come between your neurones face these patterns: no space for new thinking. When you sleep these metabolise flush away. Neuro
synaptic growth happens only in sleep.
New neurones?
How to get new neurons. Short-Term memory is minimal. When you
consume neurones, you need more to generate. According to new research
new neurones always can be made.

As shown above, there are two ways to get the new neurones: explore the new envi.ornments and exercises.
Chunking
The challenge is how to take short-term memory to long-term memory.
The simplest way is practice again and again. Chunking is one way of getting more to the working memory. For that, attention is vital. With the proper care, You can resolve the puzzle. The trick is fixed puzzle is easy to remember.

Furthermore, you can compress the chunks. If the chunk HAPPY in a meaningful statement such as HAPPY C0W EATING GRASS is the way to compress 4 chunks. If you a are mastering a subject, that is mean you are creating a library of related pieces, that is easy to shorten if you use the right tools. Late we will talk toolbox. Fragments can combine to form new chunks. Sometime you may find meta-chunks.
Brain chemistry
Most of the time brain carrying information regarding what is happening around you. In addition to that, there is a system of neuromodulator
which carrying information valuable to make the projection which is for the future.

Neuromodulators
- acetylcholine: this is important for the long Time concentration
- Dopamine: for the motivation to do something for the future.
- serotonin: social life. it also causes to risk-taking, lower the serotonin taketrigger the risk.
