Up coming Web 3.0 which is the semantic web will enable the web to be more interactive and rewarding because things described in semantic languages are computer understandable. But widespread adoption of the semantic web is still a long way off. With the current web, the main problem is 'information overload' which is not possible to mitigate even in the web 2.0 era. This blog is about whether we can predict the future, or whether it is in arbitrary and random. In ancient times, the world must have seemed very unpredictable to our ancestors, because mysterious things such as disasters such as flood and epidemics were happened without warning. Our ancestors were unable to rationalized the situations; no apparent reason. So, most of the natural phenomenas became a pantheon of gods and goddesses with mythical stories.
