JDevleoper or Eclipse ?

Currently, I engage in a R&D work that is to evaluate Eclipse based environment for better software construction. Eclipse has been chosen as the core workbench because of its numerous plug-in supports. But while in the literacy survey of this research I have found a great screencast about JDeveloper which is another Java IDE. I was so impress after went through this screencast.
